    A Frank Sinatra Signed Document, 1962. An 'Assignment of Stock' form noting that the singer was handing over "171 ¾ shares" of "Puccini, Inc." stock to "Hy Handwerker" on "January 11, 1962;" singed in the lower right corner in blue ballpoint ink "Frank Sinatra;" also included is Sinatra's register housing five of his canceled stock certificates for the company as well as seven receipts showing when he bought the stock.
