    Description

A Frank Sinatra Signed Capitol Records Contract, 1953. On two pages, typed on onionskin, with the Capitol Records logo watermark evident in the center, dated "April 1, 1953," titled a "Supplement," outlining addenda to the agreement the singer had with his label for a two year period, including such obvious (for Sinatra) points as "You shall receive billing in first position on all record labels" and "You shall not be obligated to perform jointly with another artist without your consent," signed in blue ballpoint ink on the left side of the second page "Frank Sinatra," with a two-hole punch mark on top margin fortified with Scotch tape. (Please note the paper is now somewhat fragile and yellowed due to age but the signature is not affected.)

And Good Golly! What an amazing catalog for Stallone The Auction! This looks like something from the likes of Donald Trump -- huge, terrific, First Class, amazing, better than exceptional.
