Consigned by the niece of Hazel Perkins, a manicurist at Rich's [the famous but now-defunct Atlanta department store] who encountered these females related to "GWTW" when they came in to the salon to get their nails done while in Atlanta in December 1939 for the festivities surrounding the film's premiere -- except Vivien Leigh -- somehow Perkins obtained Leigh's autograph 22 years later as a date below her inscription reads "March 8, 1961."
