A Bruce Lee Twice-Signed Karate Program, 1969. A ten page pamphlet, from the National Karate Championship that took place on May 11, 1969 in Washington, D.C., signed in blue ballpoint ink on the cover "Bruce Lee" (and by others as well), further signed by the star also in blue ballpoint ink on an interior page next to his photograph, additionally signed by a young Chuck Norris (and others) who participated in the event. (Please note pages are somewhat loose due to age and wear.)
