    A Bette Davis Signed Last Passport, 1986. Standard issue, navy blue covers, page 3 notes in part the star's name, place of birth ["Massachusetts, U.S.A."], birthday ["Aprl 5, 1908"], and issue date ["Dec. 17, 1986"] plus has her black felt-tip ink signature "Bette Davis" on the lower margin; page 4 has her black and white headshot above a stamp reading "Deceased;" a number of entry/exit stamps mostly from England, France, Los Angeles or New York appear throughout; sadly, Davis did not live to see this last passport expire which would have been in 1996; included with a signed 'letter of provenance' from Kathryn Sermak, Davis' longtime personal assistant.
