    [Charlie Chan] Sidney Toler Typed Letter Signed (1932) to Samuel Goldwyn. One page, August 15, 1932, Hollywood, 8.5" x 11" Beyer-MacArthur & Co. Ltd. Agency letterhead, to Goldwyn at United Artists Studios. Toler is releasing Goldwyn from the contract to appear in The Kid From Spain because of not being finished with Phantom President, with apologies. Signed in green ink at close: "Sidney Toler". Included with this lot is a glossy B&W print provided for matting or display purposes. RR Auction COA included. Original mailing folds, rusty paper clip mark and filing holes at top.
