    Atom Man vs. Superman kryptonite. (Columbia, 1950) A large chunk of Kryptonite from the '50s superhero serial starring Kirk Alyn as "The Man of Steel" Superman. Consisting of a 4 x 2 ½ in. irregular piece of emerald-colored glass. The piece is molded and chipped into rough facets resembling a raw precious stone. The dense glass appears opaque until held up to light, which dances through it like a gem. Shows slight wear. In very good condition. Obtained from the estate of Kirk Alyn.
