(CBS TV, 1954-1960) James Allardice was a prominent TV comedy writer contributing to classics like The Munsters, F Troop, My Three Sons and Gomer Pyle. He wrote all of the lead-in monologues for all 359 episodes of the Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1955-1962) series as well as speeches for personal appearances. This is Allardice's personal collection of bound copies of Alfred Hitchcock Presents and The Alfred Hitchcock Hour scripts containing only the introduction and interstitial dialog Allardice wrote for "Hitch". Consisting of (4) 8.5 x 11 in. volumes bound in maroon board and leather with gold gilt title and writer name on cover and title and date on spine. Includes: Alfred Hitchcock Presents; (1) 1959-60, (1) 1960-61, and The Alfred Hitchcock Hour; (1) 1962-63 and (1) 1974-65.In fine condition.
