    Al Pacino "Serpico" Browning Hi-Power 9mm pistol from Serpico. (Paramount, 1973) Vintage gunmetal gray Browning Hi-Power 9mm single-action, semi-automatic pistol with target sights and etched wood paneled grip. This is the pistol that Serpico purchases in the scene at the gun shop and carries through the end of the film. Butt marked, "256", and front of grip marked with serial number, "72C67613". Left side of slide marked with Browning company info and, "Made in Belgium". The weapon has been deactivated-barrel has been blocked-though the mechanism is still operational. Retaining original bluing and exhibiting some pitting and oxidation to metal components, and chipping and edge loss to wooden grip panels. In vintage good condition.
