    A Gary Cooper Western-Style Hat, Circa 1950s. Made of tan felt, smallish brim, brown leather hatband with a minuscule gold-metal western buckle with a very tiny monogram of "GC" engraved on it, inside brown leather lining stamped "Made by Stetson / Especially for / Gary Cooper" and "Edward H. Bohlin / Hollywood, Calif." along with another Stetson stamp; included with a 2003 letter noting how this piece was gifted by Cooper's widow to his longtime house help (a couple named the Warings) after he died. (Please note there is slight staining on the hat due to age, but overall still in Very Good condition.)
