A Cammie King Period Riding Habit from "Gone With The Wind." Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1939. Teal blue velvet, long sleeves, 12 button front closure, lace collar, ruffle at front waist, peplum in back, numerous hidden hook-and-eye closures, 'Selznick Int. Pictures Inc.' label reads "Bonnie / 108 W.W.-470;" included with a reproduction hat made of similar teal blue velvet and adorned with a red feather; dress worn by the young actress as "Bonnie Blue Butler" in the tragic scene where she dies after being thrown from her pony. -overall velvet nap somewhat yellowed due to age -small "dings" in velvet where nap was dented on front and back of sleeve, if that makes sense -velvet loss at seam where sleeve was sewn to bodice (see Bonnie 1 and 3 pics) -replacement velvet under arm (likely to make sleeve bigger for another child actor's use) -square-shaped loss to velvet on back of sleeve

-substantial 2" tear on upper sleeve (see Bonnie 2 pic) -velvet loss at seam where sleeve was sewn to bodice on both front and back

-both cuffs on both sleeves have minor velvet loss and are somewhat tattered

-substantial velvet loss to right area of last button (nearest waist) -front shoulders slightly yellowed -lining of peplum replaced later

-slight overall yellowing of velvet, especially at hem

-two 3" tears that were repaired are evident next to loop on back bottom of dress (see Bonnie 4 pic)

-inside attached petty coat yellowed and discolored at hem

-small "dings" and "dents" in velvet appear throughout entire garment due to age

-hat and gloves are later replacements and are NOT vintage to the habit
