20th Century-Fox World War II-era American Legion studio post garrison cap. (ca. 1940s) Vintage original American Legion California black wool foldable military-style garrison cap with straight sides and a creased crown. Featuring (3) ribbon and medallion medals, a 20th Century Fox appliqued patch, a yellow star patch, embroidered post "563", and yellow piping. A patriotic, home-front relic from the war that mobilized more Americans than ever before to support the troops abroad. In vintage fine condition.
