    Description

    "Munchkin Fiddler" orange jacket from The Wizard of Oz. (MGM, 1939) Whimsical orange felt short jacket with orange and tan striped long tails and accented with coordinating swirls and yarn tassels on cuffs. Hook & eye front closure. Internal bias label handwritten, "Eddie Adams". Exhibits very tiny small holes overall with fading along one side of jacket. Designed by Adrian. Worn by Eddie Adams as a "Munchkin Fiddler" who escorted Dorothy out of Munchkinland as she starts out on the yellow brick road for Oz in The Wizard of Oz. Originally acquired at the 1970 MGM Auction.
