(2013) Hunter green leather jacket with padded shoulders and exaggerated oversize collar, matching pants with leather front and cotton back, zip front pockets and pocket detail at knee. Also includes a unique brown leather harness with spiral resin horns at shoulders. Seen on stage as all Tributes hold hands and stand united before the Capitol citizens. In production used condition.
