"Devil's Tower" model miniature from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. (Columbia, 1977) Vintage original miniature of the iconic "Devil's Tower" landmark central to the Spielberg Sci-Fi blockbuster. Constructed of resin-coated carved polyfoam, expertly studio painted and finished and measuring a large 38 x 14 x 21 in. Used in production as a design model or example of the actual Devil's Tower Monument in Wyoming. Exhibiting production wear and age. Mounted on base. In vintage very good to fine condition.
