It Came from Beneath the Sea & Other Lot (Columbia, 1955). Folded, Fine+. One Sheets (2) (27" X 41"), Lobby Card Sets (2) (11" X 14"). Ray Harryhausen, the long-time student of stop-motion animator Willis O'Brien, got his solo work on this science fiction thriller depicting a giant tentacled creature from the depths attacking San Francisco. It wasn't really an octopus though as the producers couldn't afford an eight-armed beast fee. They opted for five instead. This one sheet shows wear and a missing upper left corner and crossfold paper loss. There are pinholes in the corners supported with cellophane tape on the verso. Also included is a lobby set to Harryhausen's classic, The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms (Warner Bros., 1953). The set is in nice condition with some pinholes and general wear. Included is another lobby set from Harryhausen's work, Mysterious Island (Columbia, 1961). This set too, is in very nice condition with pinholes only. Finally, there is a one sheet to The Golden Voyage of Sinbad (Columbia, 1973). The sheet is near mint other than an additional soft fold.
