2001 X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse Cover Illustration - Original Ink Artwork by Randy Green .Published by Activison on September 25th, 2001, X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse is the first X-Men video game released for the Game Boy Advance. The game follows the X-Men in an alternate universe under control of the evil Apocalypse. Taking on the role of Cyclops, Storm, Wolverine, and Rogue, this game features a blend of side-scrolling combat and platforming elements, with each X-Men character possessing unique abilities. The illustration used for the box art features the four playable characters as well as the antagonist.
Offered in this lot is the original artwork of Wolverine done by Randy Green for the cover illustration. Done in ink, Wolverine measures approximately 8" x 9.5" on an 11" x 17" official Marvel Comics illustration sheet. It has been mounted inside a frame which measures 19.125" x 15.375". A printed copy of the final cover illustration has been placed inside the frame at the bottom left corner. The overall condition is Excellent.
