Description
1996 Topps Finest Star Wars - Very Rare Refractor & Base Set Uncut Sheets .The 1996 Topps Finest Star Wars card set brought the premium chromium treatment of the mid-1990s Finest brand to the galaxy far, far away. Produced on glossy, reflective stock with vibrant color saturation, the set features character portraits and iconic scenes from the Original Trilogy presented with a sleek, high-end aesthetic. True to the Finest line, the release incorporated limited parallels and specialty inserts that added a chase element beyond the base checklist, appealing to both set builders and parallel collectors. Issued during the height of the 1990s chrome-card boom, the 1996 Finest Star Wars set remains a standout for its upscale presentation and its place among the earliest premium Star Wars trading card products.
Offered here are 2 rare uncut sheets from the 1996 Topps Finest Star Wars set:
1996 Finest Star Wars Refractor parallel uncut sheet:
The single cards were distributed in 1:12 packs. This extremely rare Refractor parallel set uncut sheet was even harder to obtain. These were available through QVC with a limited run of 250. Making this uncut sheet very hard to find.
1996 Finest Star Wars base set uncut sheet:
This uncut sheet of the base set must have also had printing restrictions as it is also extremely hard to find.
Each sheet contains the entire 90 set (Refractor & Base) presented in 10 rows of 9 cards. Each sheet contains the entire 90 card set.
The ungraded sheets exhibit moderate handling wear, including some softened or rounded corners and minor surface wear consistent with age.

Auction Type
Signature Internet Extended Bid: These auctions are presented only online and bidding is only taken through our website. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 7:00 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 15 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 7:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 15 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 7:03, the new end time for that lot would become 7:18. If no other bids were placed before 7:18, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 15 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 7 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 7:15. Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding and you must be on an individual lot page to reflect the accurate time remaining for that particular lot.
