1986 Topps Wacky Packs UK - BBCE Unopened Stickers Box - 48 Packs .Controversial at times but mainly funny, goofy and yes, wacky! The concept wasn't new in 1979 but the popularity of "wacky packs" gained momentum in the late 1970's with Topps giving collectors many different series. These wacky stickers also made their way to Europe, as a special series of Wacky Packages was released specifically for the UK. Interestingly, the sticker copyright has them made in Ireland, leading the set to be known as the Irish Series even though it was released in Britain. Offered in this lot is a BBCE sealed box from this set! It contains 48 packs, which each contain either three or four stickers as well as a piece of gum.
Condition: This box has light wear to the edges and corners. There are multiple creases and tears, most visible on the top side of the box. The bottom right corner of the front side of the box is blunted slightly. The overall condition is Good. This box has been authenticated and sealed by Steve Hart-Baseball Card Exchange.
