1963-65 Leaf Spook Stories "Spook Theatre" Series 1 - Empty Box .
Spook Stories is a series of 144 cards which featured a scary black-and-white promotional photo or movie scenes from some of the most classic horror films Hollywood ever made. Appearing are some of the original actors who brought the horrific roles to an all-too real life level. Each image is paired with a witty caption, some funny, some just silly. The set was issued under multiple titles, with Series 1, which contains cards 1 through 72, titled Spook Theatre; and Series 2, which contains cards 73 through 144, titled Son of Spook Theatre. Offered in this lot is an empty box from the Spook Theatre Series 1 set! It has light wear to the edges and corners, with an overall condition of Very Good.
