Description

"Blair Witch Project" Stick Voodoo Doll. One of the creepiest indie movies ever made, "The Blair Witch Project" was also one of the most successful; a couple of Florida film school grads turned a $50,000 budget into more than $140 million in domestic box office receipts and proved to Hollywood that you don't always have to spend money to make money. The novel approach didn't hurt: The producers gave three actors video equipment, camping supplies, and rough plot outlines, then let them loose in the Maryland woods to improvise and shoot the entire film themselves as the filmmakers attempted to scare the bejeezus out of them. Featured here is one of the stick-and-twine voodoo doll props used in the movie. An excellent display item, guaranteed to keep the neighbors' kids off your lawn.
