The Day of the Triffids & Other Lot (Allied Artists, 1962). Folded, Fine+. One Sheets (2) (27" X 41") & Half Sheet (22" X 28") Joseph Smith Artwork. Joseph Smith provides the vibrant and thrilling artwork of the carnivorous alien plants known as Triffidus Celestus from this classic science fiction thriller. Based on the novel by John Wyndham, the film finds the world's population attacked after the majority of humanity are made blind by a massive meteor shower. Included in this lot are a folded one sheet and half sheet for Monolith Monsters (Universal International, 1957). All posters within the lot show minor signs of use, such as edge and fold wear, creases, tiny tears, and some smudges or faint stains.
