Patrick Stewart "Captain Picard" "Kurlan Naiskos" Figurine from Star Trek: The Next Generation (Paramount TV, 1987-1994). Original cast plaster prop figure expertly painted and finished to appear as ancient terra cotta clay. In the Star Trek universe, these ceramic figurine statues were made by the Kurlan civilization, which died out millennia prior to the 24th century. Surviving naiskos figures were extremely rare, and highly valuable to collectors and archaeologists. An object precious to "Picard" (Stewart), having been gifted to him by a mentor, this naiskos figurine was a prized possession that decorated the Captain's ready room. Upon close inspection, this figure bears the likeness of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, which was an inside joke among ST:TNG crew. Measuring 3" x 2" x 3," this figurine remains in production used Fine to Very Fine condition. Accompanied by a MP.DNA COA. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
