Nirvana/Leaving Trains/Blood Circus 11" x 17" Central Tavern Concert Poster (1988). A poster for the Leaving Trains' headlining set at the Central Tavern in Seattle, with area support from Blood Circus and Nirvana. This is the first time Heritage has ever had a poster for this show, and finding a poster for it is very rare.

The show was sparsely-attended for the LA band Leaving Trains. Nirvana drummer Chad Channing has been quoted as saying there was a dozen people in the "crowd." Their "Love Buzz" single on Sub Pop would not be out until November of that year. Nirvana would play only a handful of songs this night, some would end up on their debut, Bleach, in 1989. While others would wind up on compilations on non-LP material. Also interesting to note is that Leaving Trains frontman James Moreland was briefly married to Courtney Love. Their marriage was annulled. Love and Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain married in early 1992.

Poster measures 11" x 17". In Near Mint Minus condition with pin holes in each corner, as well as creasing in the bottom portion (mainly on verso). COA from Heritage Auctions.
