Description

Michael Jackson Signed and Stage Worn Loafers (1992). A pair of black leather Florsheim loafers personally owned and stage-worn by Michael Jackson, each signed across the top by the King of Pop in silver paint pen. On the side of the left shoe Michael has written "I love u" in silver. No size noted, each measures approximately 11.5" in length and is stamped "Genuine Leather" on the bottom sole. Accompanying the shoes is a letter on MJJ Productions letterhead typed and signed by MJJ Productions staff member Rosemary Chavira, dated October 12, 1992 stating the shoes were signed by Michael on the evening of August 18 of that year in Glasgow, Scotland during the Dangerous tour. Shoes in Fine condition, with noticeable wear on the soles. In this case, that's a great thing! Also included with this lot is a metal and enamel pin from Jackson's Dangerous tour and a copy of the book Maker of Dreams by Michael's amusement ride consultant and park developer Rob Swinson, signed and inscribed by the author. COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Personal Archive and Collection of Robert E. "Rob" Swinson; Michael Jackson's Personal Neverland Valley "Maker of Dreams".
