    Description

    Marlene Dietrich Owned Gemstone Candle Holder. A gemstone candle holder personally owned by the German-American screen legend. It was kept in her New York Park Avenue apartment. It is a flower-shaped candle holder and it features petals and buds made of rose quartz underpinned by leaves of jade. Jade holder piece for the base of the candlestick is surrounded by yellow beads mimicking pollen grains. Dates to the 1940s. Measures 6" across and 2.5" in height. Weighs approximately 9 ounces. Overall, in Near Fine condition with some chipping and scratching. COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Estate of Marlene Dietrich.
