Little Junior Parker ("Mystery Train") 1967 Chicago Concert Posters (2). A lot consisting of two vintage window cards advertising "Little" Junior Parker at the Golden Peacock in Chicago, IL for a week of shows commencing on May 31, 1967. Singing star Toni Williams was his opening act. Parker, of course, recorded the original version of "Mystery Train," which Elvis Presley famously released on Sun Records before blowing up on RCA.

Both posters measure 14" x 21 ½" and grade to Very Good Minus. Condition details:

Color poster: Significant folding horizontal crease across poster through "Parker." Vertical creases in upper left quadrant, though mostly visible on back. General grime, spotting and light staining throughout poster's surface. Pinholes in upper two corners plus small tear near the URC. Has an interesting and unusual double-printer's credit; Murray of NYC printed the color portion, and Chicago's Ace Printing Shop printed in the venue box up top, and both of their credits appear at the poster's bottom.

B&W version: Significant folding horizontal crease across poster through "Parker" and his photo. Other creases present, and one that goes into Parker's face, but doesn't break color. Also creases in all four corners, and foxing & general light grime seen throughout the poster's surface.
