Jim Morrison "American Poet" Photo Print Signed, Numbered, and Inscribed By Photographer Joel Brodsky. Matted and framed to an overall 32 ¼" x 35 ¼", this print of "The American Poet" is the most iconic shot of the Doors frontman. Used on numerous Doors releases, this shot of a shirtless, drunk, and intense Morrison was captured by Brodsky in 1967 in New York. Inscribed "To Dave," numbered "37/100," and signed by Brodsky with a thin black felt tip. The image is matted to 21" x 21" and the photo itself (excluding the signatures) is 19" x 19". The print appears to be in Near Mint Minus condition while the frame is in Very Good condition with various smudges and chippings in various spots. COA from Heritage Auctions.
