George Harrison Handwritten Letter with Envelope (1974). A one page, double-sided handwritten letter that was sent by George Harrison from Bombay, India on 15th February, 1974 to Joe Marchini, a former assistant to George and member of the Apple staff. The letter, which is entirely in George's hand, comes with its original envelope, on which he has written his name and the address of where he was staying. Harrison has addressed the envelope "Joe Marchini, c/o Friar Park, Henley On Thames".

It reads: "Dear Joe - Hi! Kumar and I are having a great time and I hope you are doing alright too! I would like you to check our Charles St. for me and see those jobs are done i.e. the wall by the T.V. & Kitchen that was damp, dropping apart & the fridge etc...whatever needs fixing - check the heating is O.K. and get someone to clean up and have clean sheets & towels - all the usual things. Kumar's Mother Lakshmi is going to be staying there from around the 1st week of March - so there is enough time to have it ready for her. Thanks a lot. Look forward to seeing you all - love to everyone take it easy - Hare KRSNA George". George has drawn an "OHM" symbol next to his name. Measures 5.9" x 8.1". Condition: Excellent.
