Collection of (16) Replacement Animation T-Rex Dinosaur Heads from The Beast of Hollow Mountain (United Artists,1956). Vintage original (16) individual dinosaur animation heads constructed of cast resin with each head presenting a different expression advancing pose. Replacement animation is a form of Stop Motion special FX where interchangeable, pre-sculpted or posed elements are swapped in and out and shot frame by frame to create the illusion of movement. Each static head is expertly studio painted and finished. Heads are affixed to a 3 in. clear Lucite post embedded in a 3.5 x 3.5 x 1 in. black wooden base for display.
