    Cecil B. DeMille Correspondence Regarding The Ten Commandments (1952). Cecil B. DeMille produced and directed this epic that was released in 1956. This correspondence is between artist Fortunino Matania over designs for the film, including an orgy scene, and correspondence after the film was released. The "orgy" correspondence is accompanied by four related photographs (measuring 6" x 8", 7.5" x 9.5", 6.5" x 11.5", 7.5" x 11.5" - all in Good condition with some tears), an empty mailing envelope, and 44 various documents from Paramount Studios and Matania, including 10 signed letters from DeMille, a telegram and a cablegram. Documents date from June 1952 until January 1958. Various sizes, but documents mostly measure 8.5" x 11". In Very Good Minus condition with wear. COA from Heritage Auctions.
