    Bruce Lee Personal Nunchaku with Inscribed Jeet Kune Do Symbol Gifted to the Young Martial Arts Star by His Friend and Mentor Taky Kimura (ca. 1960s). Vintage original nunchaku constructed of 2-hexagonal 13" wooden batons with riveted steel caps, joined together by a steel link chain. Measuring 33" when fully extended. Gifted to the legendary Bruce Lee by his mentor and friend Taky Kimura on the occasion of Lee's 28th birthday. This is the only known set of Bruce Lee nunchaku to feature his iconic Jeet Kune Do yin and yang symbol inscribed on them. These nunchaku were preferred by Bruce Lee in his training because they helped him improve his speed according to Taky in the included signed letter of authenticity. Exhibiting expected wear from use. Accompanied by an LOA from Taky Kimura. COA from Heritage Auctions.
