    Gifted to television writer and screenwriter Sheldon "Shelly" Keller and his wife by the composer and his wife; consigned directy to Heritage Auctions by Keller's son who relays the funny story that Previn "met" Mia Farrow [his wife after Dory Previn] on the Keller's coffee table as this cigarette box was displayed next to the one in the previous lot.
