    A Connie Francis 'Music Operators of America' Award, 1961. Presented to the singer for "Most Popular Juke Box Artist" in 1961; an extremely rare and unique award. (Please note the 45 disc is not vintage to the award but was replaced years later by Francis when the original was lost.)
