"Freddy Krueger" Screen Used Mask from the Terrifying "Alley Sequence" in A Nightmare of Elm Street (New Line, 1984) Vintage original full over-the-head character mask constructed of slip cast rubber and expertly studio painted in the ghastly colors that have become a hallmark of the monstrous serial killer "Freddy Krueger." This mask is attributed to the unforgettable and chilling "Alley Sequence" when "Freddy" (Robert Englund) stalks "Tina" (Amanda Wyss) in an alley where the nightmare killer's arms extend impossibly long to scratch both walls of the alley, terrorizing and blocking his victim's escape. The mask is slit up the back to allow application and removal. Written in the interior neck, "Stunt Tony" (for Anthony Cecere credited with stunt coordinator/ stunts). Also signed by Robert Englund, "Robert Englund Stunt Freddy." Measuring approx. 13" x 9" x 8" when filled out or worn. Exhibiting age, production wear and minor discoloration. Rubber remains supple and strong. In vintage Very Good condition. Accompanied by a COA from mask creator David Miller of David Miller Creations and Special Makeup FX Artist on the production. Comes with a COA from heritage Auctions.
