Description
Star Wars Articulated Polish Bootleg Princess Leia CAS 70+ Loose (Evanplast, 1989-2003). Among Polish bootleg Princess Leia figures, this character is especially memorable for how far the design can drift from the Kenner original while still remaining unmistakably Leia. Collectors have long noted examples with borrowed limb combinations and the almost stylized effect of her sculpted hair, details that give the figure a stronger individual identity than a straightforward heroine carryover. In Evanplast form, Leia becomes one of the more distinctive character entries in the Polish bootleg run, familiar at a glance but unmistakably filtered through the improvised logic of late production. CAS awarded the figure a 70+ grade, with a true grade of 74.1, and it includes a Statement of Archival. The galaxy's most unflappable princess has survived worse than this. She always does.More Information: Polish Bootlegs – Series 4 Gen 2 (Evanplast):
Polish Bootleg Series 4 Gen 2 refers to the later articulated production continued under the Evanplast name from approximately 1989 into the early 2000s. During this transition, limb joints changed from conical to rounded ball-style pegs, improving torso connection and serving as the primary indicator of later-generation figures. The loss of the Barada torso mold reduced the character count from 20 to 19. Later figures were sold both carded and loose, sometimes on smaller square cards or on packaging shared with other Evanplast toy lines. Weapons in this period were typically produced in black plastic. Surviving overstock and unused production pieces from this era have contributed significantly to modern collector understanding of the line.

Auction Type
Signature Internet Extended Bid: These auctions are presented only online and bidding is only taken through our website. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 7:00 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 15 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 7:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 15 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 7:03, the new end time for that lot would become 7:18. If no other bids were placed before 7:18, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 15 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 7 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 7:15. Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding and you must be on an individual lot page to reflect the accurate time remaining for that particular lot.
