PSA/DNA Type 1. Vintage gelatin silver semi-gloss 8" x 10" official New York Yankees Inc. "Action Shot" photograph of Mickey Mantle, New York Yankees Hall of Fame center fielder, 1951 rookie season, by team photographer Bob Olen, with NEW YORK YANKEES / PLAYER "Mickey Mantle" (graphite addition) / POSITION wet stamp on the verso. Used for 1951 Bowman Rookie Card, 1953 Topps. The bat over Mantle's right shoulder belongs to first baseman Joe Collins, and his player number is visible as a "6" rather than a "7", worn only at the beginning of his rookie campaign. Only three other original prints of this image are known to exist. One of thirty-two, the only known complete set of official New York Yankee photographs of the 1951 World Series Championship roster.
