THOMAS JEFFERSON & JAMES MADISON - Excellent signed land grant, dated April 7, 1806, granting land in Steubenville, Ohio to Abraham Richardson. The attractive document features the original wafer seal intact and is signed by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison at bottom.
