Series 4 Headmaster Hardhead, one of the defining figures from the 1987 lineup that introduced the Headmaster concept, pairing Autobots with binary-bonded Nebulan partners. Hardhead transforms into a Cybertronian self-propelled artillery vehicle and features his partner Duros, who converts into the robot's head, activating the built-in Tech Spec meter housed in the chest. Armed with twin Shatterblasters and built around a heavy, tank-like silhouette, the design leans fully into his role as a stubborn, front-line combatant. Graded AFA 85 NM+ with subgrades of B85 W85 F90, this example ranks as the second-highest grade on the population report, shared among eight examples, with only two graded higher. The figure remains fully factory sealed, with all original tape intact on both sides of the box.
