The tag pedigree states that it is from the collection of Mark Freedman.Mark Freedman, the president of Surge Licensing, originally pitched the idea of licensing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird for a toy line which resulted in the deal with Playmates Toys.
