Star Wars Polish Bootleg Lot of 10 Metallic Painted Figures Loose (Evanplast / unknown, 1980s-90s). Polish bootlegs form one of the richest and most studied chapters in unlicensed Star Wars collecting, with multiple generations of figures produced in Gdańsk and beyond. This lot represents two different branches of that tradition: one articulated figure and nine static figures. The articulated figure is an Imperial Stormtrooper in Hoth Battle Gear, painted silver and originating from the 2nd or 3rd Gdańsk generation by Evanplast. It shows repair to the right leg, which is reattached with sticky tack. The other nine figures belong to the large Polish static line of twenty-seven figures cast in solid rubber or plastic without articulation. These were crude but widespread across Poland in the 1980s, sometimes even surfacing in East Germany or Hungary. Most feature limbs closely copied from Kenner originals, though some borrow parts across characters. The figures in this lot include: C-3PO in gold, silver, and yellowed silver variants; Death Star Gunner in gold and silver; Stormtrooper in silver; Imperial Stormtrooper (Hoth Battle Gear) in gold; IG-88 in silver; and Han Solo in silver. Each carries the distinctive metallic paint finishes and undersized sculpts that have come to define this series. For collectors of Eastern European bootlegs, metallic-painted Polish figures remain a cornerstone-at once rough, resourceful, and utterly unique to their era. This mixed lot of static and articulated examples highlights both the diversity and the charm of Poland's underground Star Wars production, offering a snapshot of one of the hobby's most storied sub-lines.

Several figures show significant surface wear and paint rub.
