Description

Star Wars Dixie Cup Lot of 13 Boxes (Dixie, 1980-82). Few household products tapped into the Star Wars phenomenon as effectively as Dixie's disposable "Fun Cup" assortments. Released in conjunction with both The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, these 5 oz. boxes turned everyday kitchenware into collectible pop culture. Each carton featured bold artwork of fan favorites such as Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Boba Fett, and even Tauntauns, with designs that shifted alongside the evolving saga. Today, these cups stand as a beloved piece of disposable memorabilia that was never meant to survive past nighttime toothbrushing, making unopened examples highly prized among collectors. From party tables to bathroom counters, these cups once carried the everyday magic of the Star Wars galaxy into homes across America. Complete boxes like these rarely resurface, and here is a chance to claim a baker's dozen of them in one shot-a nostalgic and display-ready reminder of the saga's reach at the height of its cultural impact.

More Information: This lot includes 13 boxes, almost all sealed, with just one opened example. The packaging displays a vibrant mix of character-focused and starship-driven artwork, offering a broad cross-section of Dixie's early '80s Star Wars promotions. Boxes display moderate to significant wear from handling and storage. Scuffing, creasing, and veining, as well as edge and corner wear, can be seen across the lot.
