Description

Star Wars Lili Ledy Darth Vader CAS 75, Death Squad Commander CAS 75, & Imperial Commander CAS 80 – Loose (Lili Ledy, 1977-83). This Lili Ledy trio brings together the face of the Empire with two of its most familiar command-level officer designs from A New Hope. Darth Vader anchors the group with the defining silhouette of the Original Trilogy, while the gray-uniformed Death Squad Commander, modeled after Derek Torent, and the black-uniformed Imperial Commander, modeled after Nahdonnis Praji, reflect the sharply coded military hierarchy that helped establish the Empire's visual identity from the beginning. In Lili Ledy form, that classic Imperial lineup takes on the distinct plastics and paint character that give Mexican production its own place within vintage Star Wars. Vader is graded CAS 75 with a true grade of 77.3, Death Squad Commander is graded CAS 75 with a true grade of 77.1, and Imperial Commander is graded CAS 80 with a true grade of 81.9; all three include Statements of Archival. The Empire's chain of command starts here, Vader at the center, flanked by the cold functionaries who made the Death Star feel as oppressive as it looked. No guarantee can be made that Vader will not Force Choke the other items in this lot.

More Information: Lili Ledy (Mexico):
Lili Ledy was the licensed manufacturer and distributor of Star Wars figures in Mexico during the early to mid-1980s, operating out of Mexico City under agreements with Kenner. Due to import restrictions, figures were produced domestically using leased Kenner tooling, resulting in distinct plastics, paint applications, and accessory variations unique to the Mexican market. Production spanned several phases, including early "Imperio Contraataca" releases using imported components on Mexican cardbacks, followed by fully domestic "El Retorno de Jedi" and later "El Regreso de Jedi" figures manufactured in Mexico. In the later period, production expanded to a Tijuana facility, where a limited number of figures were created using newly cut molds and distributed on both Lili Ledy and Kenner packaging. Lili Ledy output reflects a localized manufacturing system shaped by regional trade policy and remains a clearly defined segment of international Star Wars production.

Auction Type
Signature Internet Extended Bid: These auctions are presented only online and bidding is only taken through our website. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 7:00 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 15 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 7:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 15 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 7:03, the new end time for that lot would become 7:18. If no other bids were placed before 7:18, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 15 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 7 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 7:15. Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding and you must be on an individual lot page to reflect the accurate time remaining for that particular lot.
