Space Gun Lot (Nu-Age/Daisy/Hubley, 1950-55). Blasting straight out of the Atomic Age, this vintage space gun lot features three classic toy blasters from the mid-20th century, each capturing the imaginative flair of a generation obsessed with rockets, ray guns, and cosmic adventure. Released by Hubley, Daisy, and Nu-Age between 1950 and 1955, the collection includes the heavy-duty Atomic Disintegrator repeating cap pistol by Hubley, known for its solid metal construction, sci-fi styling, and striking red plastic grips. Also included is the colorful Zooka Pop Pistol from Daisy, cast in bright red, blue, and yellow metal, complete with its original cork popper, though the mechanism no longer fires. Rounding out the trio is the Nu-Age Smoke Ring Space Gun, molded in dark gray plastic with red accents and a working metal trigger, measuring approximately 8 inches in length. Each toy gun shows signs of handling wear, with surface scratches and scuffs throughout. The Zooka Pop Pistol has slight separation along the handle, along with noticeable wear across the grip. The grips on the Atomic Disintegrator have loosened at the bottom and show light scratching and scuffing, but the piece retains its bold display presence. Together, these vintage space weapons offer a nostalgic glimpse into a time when the future was just one pull of the trigger away.
