Description

Lego Green Grocer Modular Building 10185 (Lego, 2008). The Green Grocer, released by Lego in 2008 as set number 10185, is a standout from the early days of the modular building line and remains one of the most beloved and detailed sets in the series. With 2,352 pieces, it constructs a beautifully crafted 14-inch-tall and 10-inch-wide three-story structure, rich in classic architectural detail. The ground floor features a charming grocery store complete with fruit crates, a cash register, and tiled flooring, while the upper levels house a fully furnished apartment with a fireplace, radiator, and a stocked kitchen. A working fire escape, intricate window designs, green façade with striped awnings, and a rooftop terrace add depth and realism to the build. The set remains sealed in its original packaging with unused contents, showing handling wear along the edges and corners. There is corner creasing in the front left corners, vertical creasing along the front bottom right edge, and surface wear on the back bottom left edge, along with scratching and scuffing throughout. Packed with subtle touches and multi-level playability, the Green Grocer stands as a true celebration of Lego's creativity and a cornerstone for any modular city collector.
