One of the signature releases of the late-1990s Ninja theme, the Flying Ninja's Fortress blended feudal architecture with fantasy action in true LEGO style. Released in 1998, this dramatic stronghold featured soaring towers, trap doors, hidden chambers, and a working "flying" glider that allowed the ninja hero to descend upon enemies from above.
