Description

LEGO Classic Space Moon Buggy (6801), Surface Rover (6804), & Surface Hopper (6806) Sets (LEGO, 1981–85). Released during the early years of LEGO's Space theme, Sets 6801, 6804, and 6806 represent small-scale vehicle builds that helped define the line's modular, exploration-driven identity. Each model emphasizes compact functionality, from the Moon Buggy's 70s sci-fi-inspired design to the Surface Rover and Surface Hopper's variations on planetary traversal. Produced in the years following the introduction of minifigures and standardized Space aesthetics, these sets reflect the era's focus on expandable play, where smaller vehicles combined to form a broader lunar exploration environment. The boxes show mild wear overall, with light denting along the edges and mild scuffing and crushing at the corners. Surface wear is generally mild, though the 6801 box exhibits more pronounced scuffing, creasing, and crushing along the right side, where pressure has split the perforated opening flap, though the set remains sealed. All items remain factory sealed. A trio of early Space vehicles that capture the theme's foundational approach to exploration. Compact, modular, and built for expansion across the lunar surface.

Auction Type
Signature Internet Extended Bid: These auctions are presented only online and bidding is only taken through our website. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 7:00 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 15 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 7:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 15 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 7:03, the new end time for that lot would become 7:18. If no other bids were placed before 7:18, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 15 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 7 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 7:15. Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding and you must be on an individual lot page to reflect the accurate time remaining for that particular lot.
