Hamilton's Invaders Grenade Pistol (Remco, 1964). Remco's Hamilton's Invaders line brought 1960s kids into a "Monster Science Fiction" battlefield of toy soldiers versus oversized insectoid creatures. Among the most dynamic accessories was the Grenade Pistol, a chrome-finished cap-firing sidearm that could also launch bright yellow plastic grenades. Advertised as featuring "automatic cap firing" and "extra cap storage," this toy combined noisy action with imaginative play, making it a perfect fit for Remco's ambitious and eccentric line. This boxed example includes the pistol, grenades, and original packaging with instruction panel on the reverse. The set remains sealed under its factory-style plastic covering, though the box itself shows expected signs of handling and age including creasing, corner and edge wear, and separation stress along some seams. The cellophane wrap has a large rip in the left side. Contents inside appear well-preserved. See images for further condition details. Items are sold as is.
