Captain Action Batman Uniform Set (Ideal, 1966). The Captain Action Batman Uniform Set was released by Ideal in 1966, coinciding with the first season of the wildly popular Batman TV series. This rare, unused set includes a full Batman costume with boots, a utility belt, and four accessories, and was one of nine superhero outfits created for the Captain Action line. While the box appears to have never been opened, it is missing tape on both sides, though the interior components remain untouched. The packaging shows handling wear along the edges and corners, with noticeable creasing and scuffing. Areas of discoloration and tape residue are present, along with slight indentations on the front and side. Please enlarge photos to view all details. Despite these signs of age, the box retains its vintage charm. It measures approximately 15.25 by 11 by 2.25 inches.
