Bionic Six Bunji CAS 85 (LJN, 1986). Bunji, better known in the series as Karate-1, is the martial arts specialist of the Bionic Six team, the foster son whose speed, agility, and combat skills gave the group one of its fastest and most physical members. LJN's 1986 figure line put all six heroes into toy form ahead of the cartoon's 1987 debut, making these early releases the first wave of merchandise tied to the property. Bunji sits firmly in that core cast, one of the six characters who define the brand from the ground up. This example has been encapsulated by CAS at 85, with a True Grade of 86.9 and subgrades of C85 B85 F90. This piece is accompanied by a Statement of Archival from CAS. For Bionic Six fans, Bunji brings the fast hands and team balance that made the group feel complete.
